Andy InderAndy is an experienced Health System Manager with over 20 years’ experience across leading commercial and public teams of teams. He has held senior roles in Catalyst Risk Management and New Zealand Post in both operational and human resource leadership positions.
He spent five years at Ministry of Health in the senior role of Group Manager Community Health, accountable for the strategic leadership, overall management and delivery of a portfolio of national programmes run by key teams in the areas of Primary Care, Pharmacy and Aged Care, National Emergency Ambulance. During this time Andy was responsible for the implementation of the National Information Technology Infrastructure (National Enrolment Service), development and implementation of the system level measures framework and the tender for national emergency helicopter services where he won the National Procurement Award. Andy is part of the digitally led full service general practice start up Tend and holds a Masters in Business Administration, with Distinction, awarded by the University of Victoria, Wellington. |
