As an experienced leader, education professional, and coach Brendan has strong ability in the development of leaders, developing management systems and processes in education. He has specific expertise in the areas of leadership structures, senior and middle leader development and strategic planning. He has excellent leadership, team development and management skills across a broad range of educational settings, including primary, secondary and adult education. Brendan has taught mathematics, science, physical education and digital technologies and has a strong background in pastoral care of students. He holds a double degree in Education and a Master of Leadership and Management in Education. As an establishment educator, Brendan has taught across the breadth of students from age 5 to 18 years old. He has worked in large schools of over 1800 and led Wellesley College for 6 years.
